参麦注射液参与治疗全身炎症反应综合征1108例临床疗效观察

     摘要：目的观察在常规西医治疗的基础上加用中药参麦注射液对于全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)的治疗作用。方法将1 108例病例分为两组，每组各为554例；一组予单纯西药(对照组)治疗；另一组为在使用西药的基础上加用参麦注射液的治疗组，其方法为每日静脉滴注1次，剂量为60 ml，(合并低血压者，可将其剂量增加至100 ml)连续使用7 d，然后对比两组的疗效。结果参麦治疗组总有效率为81.5%,疗效优于西药组。结论参麦注射液对改善SIRS患者的临床病理过程与西药对照组比较，有显著的作用。

    Observation on Clinical Effect of Shenmai Injection in Treatment of SIRS 1108 Cases

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shenmai injection combined with western medicine on SIRS. Methods1 108 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was administered western medincine only and the observed group wos administered Shenmai injection combined with western medicine .The patients in the observed groups were treated with Shenmai injection 60ml(adding Shenmai injection to 100ml if the patients had low blood pressure) for intravenous dropping,once a day and the therapeutic course was 7 days.ResultsThe effective rate of the observed group were 81.5%,showing a better effect than the other. ConclusionCompared with western medicine ,Shenmai injection had better effect in improving clinical pathological course. ......
