川芎嗪对大鼠腹膜粘连中TGF-β1表达的影响

关键词 川芎嗪;腹膜粘连;转化生长因子-β1摘要 目的 探讨川芎嗪对大鼠腹膜粘连中TGF-β1表达的影响。方法 制作S-D大鼠腹膜粘连模型,关腹前注射川芎嗪注射液(约为50mg/kg)和生理盐水;术后7d行二次开腹手术,链霉亲和素免疫组化法(SA BC法)检测粘连组织中TGF-β1蛋白的表达,酶联免疫 (ELISA法)定量检测血液及腹水中TGF-β1的浓度。结果 川芎嗪组腹腔积液中的TGF-β1浓度(206.37±25.56ng/ml)明显低于模型组(293.42±29.61 ng/ml )和生理盐水组(287.46±30.55 ng/ml)(P<0.05)。粘连组织中染色强度和血液中的TGF-β1浓度值在模型组(244.98±31.4 7ng/ml)、生理盐水组(258.14±26.38ng/ml)和川芎嗪组(251.79±27.42ng/ml)三组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 川芎嗪抑制腹腔积液中TGF-β1的表达,但对粘连组织和血液中的TGF-β1含量无影响。
