何首乌对缺氧培养心肌细胞保护作用的实验研究

     摘要:目的观察何首乌对培养心肌细胞缺氧性损伤的影响。方法将Wistar系大鼠乳鼠心肌细胞原代单层培养5 d,建立“缺氧”损伤模型,通过生化检测及组织化学等方法,研究何首乌对缺氧培养心肌细胞的保护作用。结果实验组及对照组心肌细胞PAS反应和琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性明显增强而酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性减弱;实验组及对照组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性较模型对照组增强而丙二醛(MDA)含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论何首乌对缺氧心肌细胞具有良好的保护作用。

    Experimental Study on the Protective Effects of Fleeceflower Root to the Anoxic Cultured Cardiac Muscle Cells

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the protective effects and mechanism of Fleeceflower Root to the cultured anoxic damnification cardiac muscle cells. MethodsThe cardiac muscle cells of wistar suckling rats were cultured for 5 days, and was an anoxic set up injured model to investigate the protective effects of Fleeceflower Root on the cultured anoxic damnification cardiac muscle cells by means of biochemical testing, histochemistry and so on.ResultsIn the normal group, PAS reaction of cardiac muscle cells and the activity of SDH increased while the activity of ACP decreased; Compared to the normal group, the activity of SOD was strong in the cells of the model control group and the content of MDA increased significantly(P<0.01).ConclusionThe results prove that Fleeceflower Root possesses very good protective and anti-oxidation effects to the anoxic cardiac cell. ......
