经皮穿刺125I植入治疗前列腺癌33例分析 (pdf)

    [摘要] 目的 探讨经皮穿刺125I植入治疗前列腺癌的疗效。方法 对我院治疗的53例前列腺癌病人，其中33例行125I植入治疗，20例行双睾去势+内分泌治疗。两组条件基本相同者进行对照研究。结果 行125I治疗的前列腺癌病人PSA明显下降，前列腺体积明显缩小。两组经统计学分析差异具有显著性。结论 125I植入治疗前列腺癌具有创伤小、疗效高的优点，值得在临床推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the efficacy of percutaneous puncturing implanting 125I in treatment of prostatic carcinoma.Methods 53 cases of prostatic carcinoma were selected，33 cases were administered 125I and 20 cases were undergone castration and endocrinology therapy.Results PSA in 125I group was decreased significantly，prostatic volume was decreased.Statistical difference was observed between the two groups.Conclusion 125I therapy with minimally invasive and good efficacy should be popularized in clinical.
