摘要:目的建立地榆药材中乌索酸和齐墩果酸含量的测定方法。方法用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为NovaPak C18 (3.9 mm×300 mm,4 μm),流动相甲醇水(88∶12),检测波长210 nm。流速0.8 ml/min,柱温25℃ 。结果乌索酸进样量在0.106 2~1.593 μg,齐墩果酸进样量在0.040 6~0.609 μg时呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为99.73%和97.59%,RSD分别为1.5%和1.7%。结论方法灵敏、快速、准确,可用于地榆中乌索酸和齐墩果酸含量的测定。关键词:地榆; 乌索酸; 齐墩果酸; 高效液相色谱
Determination of Ursolic Acid and Oleanolic Acid in Sanguisorba officinalis L. by HPLC

Abstract:ObjectiveTo develop an HPLC method for determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in sanguisorba officinalis L.MethodsUrsolic acid and oleanolic acid was separated and analyzed on Nova-Pak C18 column (3.9 mm×300 mm, 4 μm) with methanol-water (88:12) as mobile phase at flow rate of 0.8 ml/min. UV detection was at 210 nm and the column temperature was 25℃. ResultsAn average recovery of 99.73% was obtained with a RSD of 1.5% in the range of 0.106 2~1.593μg for ursolic acid. An average recovery of 97.59% was obtained with a RSD of 1.7% in the range of 0.040 6~0.609 μg for oleanolic acid.Conclusion The method was proved to be stable, fast, accurate and can be used for determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in sanguisorba officinalis L.. ......
