     摘要：目的探讨莪术对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法用100%莪术对水煎液定期给小鼠连续灌胃10 d，1次/d，检测其对小鼠抗体产生能力、淋巴细胞增殖以及白介素2(IL-2)产生的影响。结果莪术对以上免疫学指标均有明显增强作用，与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论莪术对小鼠免疫功能具有一定增强作用。

    Abstract:ObjectiveThis experiment is to discuss the influence of Zedoray on mouse's immune function.MethodsWe filled the stomaches of rats with 100% Zedoray water extract continuously once a day for 10 days,then the effects of Zedoray on mice's antibody production ability,lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 production ability were tested.ResultsZedoray had obvious reinforcement action on the immunology indexes above.Compared with control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).ConclusionZedoray has definite reinforcement action on mouse's immune function. ......
