良性前列腺增生术后下尿路症状影像尿动力学病因分析 (附68例报告) (pdf)

    [摘要] 目的 对良性前列腺增生(BPH)术后下尿路症状进行病因分析。方法 采用加拿大LABORIE影像尿动力分析仪对68例良性前列腺增生术后下尿路症状者进行病因分析，了解逼尿肌功能、有无下尿路梗阻和梗阻的解剖水平。结果 良性前列腺增生术后下尿路症状，有逼尿肌功能障碍38例，其中单纯逼尿肌反射低下24例，逼尿肌反射低下伴下尿路梗阻4例，逼尿肌活动过度10例；下尿路梗阻30例，其中膀胱颈梗阻20例，尿道膜部狭窄7例，尿道口狭窄3例。良性前列腺增生术后68例中出现膀胱顺应性下降24例。结论 良性前列腺增生术后下尿路症状者多与存在逼尿肌功能障碍和梗阻解除不全有关，影像尿动力学检查可明确诊断并为再次手术提供依据。影像动力学检查是诊断BOO的金标准，可以预测BPH患者的手术效果。
