摘要:目的研究大豆异黄酮对运动训练大鼠血液某些生化指标的影响。方法大鼠游泳运动训练后测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性及血糖(BS)、丙二醛(MDA)和全血血红蛋白(Hb)的含量并进行分析。结果与安静组比较,运动训练组SOD活性和BS含量出现适应性升高,而MDA含量和GOT活性有显著性升高(P<0.05)。给药+训练组大鼠与训练组比较,SOD活性、BS、Hb含量显著升高(P<0.05;P<0.01;P<0.05),MDA含量、GOT活性显著下降(P<0.05)。结论大豆异黄酮具有清除运动产生的脂质过氧化物和提高BS、Hb含量的作用。关键词:大豆异黄酮; 大鼠; 运动训练; 生化指标
Effect of Soybean Isoflavones on Some Blood Biochemical Indexes of Exercise Training Rats

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effect of soybean isoflavones(SI) on some blood biochemical indicates of exercise training rats.MethodsThe activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutamicoxalacetic Transaminase (GOT),glutamicpyruvic transaminase(GPT),the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),blood sugar(BS) in serum and hemoglobin(Hb) in blood were determined and analyzed in rats after swimming training.ResultsThe results showed that compared with control group,the activity of SOD and the lever of BS enhanced consequently,the activities of GOT、GPT and the content of MDA increased evidently in swimming training group (P<0.05);the activity of SOD and the content of BS and Hb increased evidently(P<0.05;P<0.01;P<0.05),while the content of MDA and the acitivity of GOT、GPT decreased evidently(P<0.05)in swimming training and SI treated groups.ConclusionSI eliminates lipid peroxide produced in training and increases the contents of BS and Hb. ......
