妇月康胶囊缩短药物流产后阴道出血268例临床观察

     摘要：目的观察宫太妇月康胶囊对药物流产后阴道出血时间的影响。方法将门诊早孕药物流产中成功排出孕囊的妇女随机分成治疗组168例，对照组100例。治疗组常规服用宫太妇月康胶囊3次/d，4粒/次，连续服用至血止，对照组不加服任何药物，两组均于药物流产后两周行盆腔B超检查。比较两组临床疗效及随访结果，并进行统计分析。结果治疗组两周内完全流产率明显高于对照组，阴道出血量及出血时间也明显缩短，治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。药物流产后两周超声检查两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论宫太妇月康胶囊可明显提高药物流产的完全流产率，其减少出血量及缩短阴道出血时间的效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
