宽景成像在阴囊超声检查中的应用 (pdf)[摘要] 目的 探讨宽景成像(volume panorama,Vpan)在阴囊超声检查中的应用价值。方法 对阴囊超声检查的普通声像图及Vpan进行分析、比较。结果 应用Vpan后，成像范围增宽，二维图像清晰，可全部显示睾丸和附睾的头、体、尾部，所成图像与人体切面图相似，病灶显示清晰，对于较大的病灶测量更加准确，对于较小的病灶可全面显示其周边关系。结论 Vpan技术能较好地显示阴囊的结构与病灶的形态，弥补了普通成像的不足，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the application of volume panorama in ultrasonography for scrotum. Methods Comparison of the conventional ultrasonography with the volume panorama in 32 patients scrotum. Results By using volume panorama,the imaging range became wider.It could completely show the scrotum and make the image similar to the section of the body.The bigger the nidi,the more accurate the size measured;the smaller the nidi,the more complete the circuference shown.Conclusion The volume panorama can show satisfactory scrotum and structure image and nidi contours.It can make up the shortages of the conventional ultrasonography.It is worthwhile to be widely used. ......
