狭窄性腱鞘炎的成因分析及闭合性刃针减压治疗 (pdf)【摘要】 目的 观察刃针闭合性治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎的效果，分析狭窄产生的病理基础。 方法 设计刃针治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎的术式，对比术前、术后手指屈伸功能和疼痛的评测结果。结果 术后活动时的弹响音或绞锁现象消除。 结论 支持韧带的变性挛缩是肌腱鞘管狭窄的病理基础，鞘内瘀积的鞘膜形成了局部硬结。刃针治疗较好地解决了彻底减压与减小正常组织损伤之间的矛盾。
