     摘要：目的考察龙胆泻肝胶囊的抗炎、免疫调节作用。方法采用巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀法和角叉菜致大鼠足肿胀法，观察其对抗炎作用的影响；此外，通过观察2，4二硝基氯苯(DNCB)致小鼠迟发性过敏的影响，羊红细胞(SRBC)致小鼠迟发性过敏的影响，小鼠溶血素(HC50)和单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能测定，观察其免疫作用。结果龙胆泻肝胶囊可抑制SRBC和DNCB致小鼠迟发过敏反应,能提高小鼠血清溶血值，对碳廓清吞噬指数和单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能无影响。对小鼠及大鼠急性炎症均有抑制作用。结论龙胆泻肝胶囊具有抗炎、免疫增强作用。

    Anti-inflammatory and Immune Regulation Effects of Longdan Xiegan Capsule

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the antiinflammatory and immune regulation effects of Longdan Xiegan Capsule.MethodsAuricle swelling induced by croton oil in mice, foot swelling induced by carrageenine in rats were used to evaluate the antiinflammatory effect of Longdan Xiegan Capsule; the DTH allergic reaction induced by DNCB,the clearance rate of charcoal particles and hemolysin concentration(HC50) test in mice were used to evaluate its immunologic function. ResultsLongdan Xiegan Capsule significantly inhibited Auricle swelling induced by croton oil in mice and foot swelling induced by carrageenine in rats. Longdan Xiegan Capsule significantly inhibited DTH allergic reaction induced by DNCB and SRBC in mice, enhanced the hemolysin concentration in mice. Longdan Xiegan Capsule had no effect on the phagocytosis function of monocyte macrophage and phagocytosis index of carbonic expurgation which indicated. ConclusionLongdan Xiegan Capsule has significant antiinflammatory and immune therapeutic actions. ......
