VEGF在早期肾癌免疫治疗中的作用 (pdf)

    [摘要] 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在早期肾癌免疫治疗中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化方法检测50例肾癌组织的表达情况。17例VEGF表达阳性者术后行干扰素(INF)300万IU隔天皮下注射，12周为1个疗程。对照组未进行免疫治疗。结果 50例肾癌组织中VEGF表达阳性33例(66%)；免疫治疗组与未治疗组在5年肿瘤进展方面差异有显著性。结论 VEGF可以作为早期肾癌进行免疫治疗的判断指标。

    Effect of VEGF expression in early renal cell cancer before immunotherapied

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of VEGF expression in early renal cell cancer before immunotherapied.Methods VEGF immunostaining was successfully performed in 50 cases.17 cases with positive VEGF expression were subcutaneous injected INF 300IU Qod.A course of treatment was 12 weeks.Cases with negative VEGF expression were not immunotherapied.Results The positive rates of VEGF expression in RCC was 66%(33/50).There was significant correlation in the 5 year tumor progression.Conclusion VEGF was an early immunotherapeutic factors in early RCC. ......
