长叶胡颓子对大鼠实验性结肠炎作用的研究

     摘要：目的研究长叶胡颓子果实提取物对大鼠结肠炎损伤的保护作用。方法建立大鼠结肠炎模型，灌肠用药2周后，评价大鼠结肠黏膜损伤指数(CMDI)，检测结肠髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPX)活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果长叶胡颓子果实提取物(300，500，1 000 mg/kg)灌胃用药均能不同程度降低模型大鼠结肠损伤指数和MPO活性、减少MDA含量，提高SOD，GSHPX活性，且与用药剂量呈一定量效关系。结论长叶胡颓子通过抗脂质过氧化，对大鼠结肠炎结肠损伤进行修复，减轻结肠损伤，抑制结肠炎大鼠炎症反应。

    Study on the Effects of Elaeagnus bockii Diels on the Experimental Colonitis in Rats

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the protect effect of Elaeagnus bocki Diels water extract on colonitis in rats.MethodsRat colonitis model was established.Elaeagnus bocki Diels was used by clyster once a day.After two weeks,the colonmucoss damage index CMDI was evaluated.The activity of MPO,GSHPX,SOD and the levels of MDA in the colon were measured.ResultsElaeagnus bockii Diels water extract (300,500,1 000 mg/kg) decreased the activity of CMDI,MPO and the levels of MDA,increased the activity of SOD,GSHPX in model rats.ConclusionTreatment with Elaeagnus bockii Diels can alleviate the colon injury in colonitis rats,by eliminating oxygen free radical and repairing wound. ......
