    摘要 目的 观察灯盏细辛注射液对肺心病加重期患者血液流变学的改善作用。方法 选择72例慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的患者，随机分成观察组和对照组，试验前均评价监测血液流变学的各项指标。观察组在给予常规治疗的同时,给予灯盏细辛注射液稀释后静滴；对照组只给予常规治疗。2周后复测上述指标，比较各组前后的变化。结果 观察组治疗前后比较，全血高切粘度、血低切粘度、血浆粘度、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原、血红蛋白定量和红细胞计数等指标均明显下降，二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；而对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 灯盏细辛注射液对肺心病急性加重期的患者具有降低血液粘滞度、纠正心力衰竭的作用。

    EFFECT OF FLEABANE INJECTION ON HEMORRHEOLOGY AND HEART FUNCTION OF PATIENTS WITH ACUTE AGGRAVATING PERIOD OF COR PULMONALE

    Abstract Objective To study the effect of fleabane injection on hemorrheology of patients with acute aggravating period of cor pulmonale. Methods 72 cases with acute aggravating period of chronic cor pulmonale were randomly divided into treated group and control group. Their all indexes of hemorrheology were evaluated and monitored before the test. In treated group, patients were treated by not only normally therapy but also vein dropping fleabane injection diluted. In control group, patients were treated by only normally therapy. After 2 weeks, all indexes were counterchecked and compared. Results In treated group, all indexes such as whole blood viscosity, plasm viscosity, MCV, fibrinogen, MCH and RBC decreased evidently after test, which had significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05) while there was no significant difference in control group. Conclusion In cases with acute aggravating period of cor pulmonale, fleabane injection may drop blood viscosity and reclaims heart failure. ......
