脑梗死患者Hcy及MTHFR基因多态性与颈动脉IMT的关系 (pdf)【摘要】 目的 探讨Hcy、MTHFR C677T基因多态性与颈动脉IMT及脑梗死之间的关系。方法 观察42例脑梗死患者和40例对照者,用循环酶法测定Hcy水平,采用聚合酶链反应-限制片长多态性方法检测MTHFR基因多态性,用彩色多普勒检查颈动脉IMT。结果 病例组血清Hcy 浓度显著高于对照组;Hcy是颈动脉IMT增厚及脑梗死的促进因素;MTHFR基因多态性非颈动脉IMT增厚及脑梗死的危险因素。结论 血清Hcy升高是动脉粥样硬化及脑梗死的独立危险因素,单纯的MTHFR尚不能认为是动脉粥样硬化及脑梗死的独立危险因素。
