长春七中蛇床子素的提取方法和含量测定研究

     摘要:目的建立草药长春七中蛇床子素的提取方法,对其中蛇床子素的含量进行测定并与蛇床子中蛇床子素的含量进行比较。方法以蛇床子素为指标,用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Kromasil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇水(75∶25), 流速:1ml·min 1 ,二级管阵列检测器选定波长:302 nm。系统考察不同溶剂、不同提取方式对蛇床子素提取率的影响,并用正交试验法进一步优选提取条件。用最终确定的条件对蛇床子素的含量进行测定。结果用6倍量80%乙醇回流提取3次(1 h/次)的提取方法可以获得较高的蛇床子素提取率。结论溶剂种类和提取方式对长春七中蛇床子素的提取效率有较大影响。

    Studies on the Extractive Methods and Quantitative Analysis of Osthol from Libanotis buethorimensis

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish an optimal extractive method of osthol and determine its content in Libanotis buethorimensis, which is compared with that in Cnidium monnieri(L.) Cuss.MethodsRPHPLC method was used for determination of the osthol on the Kromasil C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) with a mobile phase of methanolwater(75∶25). The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min 1 .The UV detection was at 302 nm with photodiode array detector. The effects of different solvents and extractive models on extraction ratio of the osthol were systematically investigated,and also the orthogonal test was further used to optimum extracting conditions, then determine osthol by the optimum extracting conditions. ResultsThe extraction rate used the refluent method with 80% alcohol for three times and 1 h each time will be six times as much as that of other methods.Conclusion The solvent kinds and extraction models have great influence upon the extracting efficiency of osthol. ......
