     [摘要] 介绍一种简便快速提取细菌质粒的改进方法，不需要按常规对细菌培养物离心和用溶液Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ处理，而是直接用酚-氯仿(1∶1)处理，离心分层取上清，异丙醇沉淀，所得质粒产量高，纯度足以用于酶切。
