尿道下裂危险因素的Logistic回归分析

     [摘要] 目的:分析尿道下裂危险因素。方法:采用回顾性研究方法，对86例小儿尿道下裂的相关因素进行多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果:危险因素按OR值排序，依次为先兆流产、杀虫剂、雌激素、保胎药、有机溶剂、洗涤剂、孕早期感冒、孕早期不当用药、胎龄<37周。结论: 加强孕期保健，避免孕期特别孕早期病毒感染、不当用药及接触有机化学溶剂对于预防尿道下裂的发生有重要意义。
