极固宁TM对全冠牙体预备后牙髓组织的影响

摘要:目的 观察极固宁TM涂布于金属烤瓷全冠活髓基牙牙预备体表面21 d对牙髓组织学形态的影响。方法 选择因正畸治疗需要而计划拔除的20颗前磨牙进行金属烤瓷全冠牙体预备,其中每2颗牙均为同颌同名牙;采用随机、双盲、自身对照设计分为2组:对照组在牙预备体上直接用氧化锌丁香酚水门汀粘固暂时冠;观察组在牙预备体上涂布极固宁TM后用氧化锌丁香酚水门汀粘固暂时冠。所有牙分别于牙体预备后21 d拔除,常规组织病理切片,HE染色,显微镜下观察评价牙髓组织反应。结果活髓基牙经金属烤瓷全冠牙体预备21 d时,对照组和观察组的牙髓组织反应无明显差别(P>0.05)。牙髓组织的反应程度与牙预备体的剩余牙本质厚度(RDT)有关;RDT分别为491.76,503.88和487.32 μm的3个样本观察到修复性牙本质的形成。结论 在本实验条件下,金属烤瓷全冠牙预备体表面涂布极固宁TM21 d对活髓基牙的牙髓组织无明显影响。关键词: 抗变态反应药; 金属烤瓷合金; 牙冠(假体); 牙本质; 牙髓
