[摘要] 目的：探讨数字减影血管造影X光机(DSA)引导下经皮穿刺肺脓肿引流术的安全性和治疗效果。方法：对11例肺脓肿行DSA引导下经皮穿刺引流术，全部病例均放置了引流管，先抽吸部分脓液后，再持续引流。结果：11例手术均获得成功，治愈率100%。随访15 d～45 d，症状明显好转、病灶缩小或消失。并发症：气胸1例，气胸量约25%，少量咳血1例。结论：DSA引导下经皮穿刺肺脓肿引流术，安全有效，值得推广。[关键词] 引流术；肺脓肿；数字减影血管造影X光机
Clinical Application of Percutaneous Needling lung Abscess Drairnage Under DSA Guidance

Abstract：Objective To discuss the clinical application of drainage for lung abscess by needle puncture under DSA guidance.Methods 11 cases of lung abscess were drainaged by needle puncture under DSA guidance and retaining drainage tube continuously.Results All patients with this procedure were succeeded possessing success rate of 100%.The patients were followed up for 15~45 days with symptom relieving better obviously and the focus shrinkage or disappeared.Conclusion The curative course of lung abscess can be shortened greatly by percutaneous needling drainage under DSA guidance with mildtrauma.The procedure is simple with high successful rate and less complication. ......
