[摘要] 护理学基础实践教学在护理学生教育中占有重要地位，但现实教学模式下的教学效果很难满足社会对高素质护理的要求。本文就实践教学中存在的问题，通过教学改革，引入了模拟病区、模拟查房、角色扮演、小组病例讨论等多样化教学方法以提高教学效果进行了论述。[关键词] 护理学基础；实践教学；难点

Abstract: The based practical nursing teaching become an important role in nursing students teaching,but the fact that the nomal teaching model can't get the need of the society.this paper point out some problems in the nursing teaching and also point out some ways like simulative sickroom,simulative work,role play,talking and so on to improve teaching.
