沐舒坦雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿肺炎随机对照研究

[摘要] 目的：为探讨沐舒坦雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿肺炎的效果。方法：将96例婴幼儿肺炎随机分成两组，两组均在常规抗感染，纠正缺氧、酸碱平衡、电解质紊乱，治疗组加用沐舒坦雾化吸入，对照组用α糜蛋白酶、地塞米松雾化吸入。对两组的咳嗽、痰鸣、气促、肺部湿啰音的消失时间及住院时间进行比较。结果：使用沐舒坦雾化吸入的治疗组在治疗痰鸣、肺部湿啰音消失时间及住院时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论：沐舒坦雾化吸入可提高婴幼儿肺炎治疗效果，尤其祛痰和减少肺部湿性啰音的效果较好。[关键词] 婴幼儿肺炎；沐舒坦；雾化吸入
Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Mucosolvan Nebulization in Infants with Pneumonia

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Mucosolvan nebulization in infants with pneumonia.Methods 96 infants were randomly divided into and control group.Regular treatment were given to control group,meanwhile,based on regular treatment,the infants in observation group were also received mushutan nebulization.The disappearing time of cough、wheezy phlegm、anhelation、wheezy sound in lung and admission duration were evatated.Results The disappearing time of wheezy phlegm、wheezy sound in lung and admission duration in observation group were shorten than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mucosolvan nebulization can raise clinical therapeutic effect for pneumonia in infants with pneumonia.especially in eliminating phlegm and disappearing of wheezy sound in lung. ......
