     [摘要] 目的：观察硬膜外腔注入曲马多施行超前镇痛对硬膜外麻醉效果的影响。方法：40例妇科手术患者于硬膜外麻醉后随机分成两组：Ⅰ组(n=20)于切皮前15 min经硬膜外腔注入局麻药5 ml+曲马多10 mg+氟哌啶2 mg以施行曲马多超前镇痛：Ⅱ组(n=20)仅注入局麻药5 ml。观察术中镇痛效果，腹壁肌松弛质量以及不良反应。结果：Ⅰ组的硬膜外麻醉效果优于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)，两组肌松效果和不良反应差异则无显著性。结论：切皮前15 min经硬膜外腔注射曲马多施行超前镇痛，可有效增强硬膜外麻醉效果。

    Influence of Preemptie Analgesia with Epidural Tramadol on Epidural Anesthesia Effects

    Abstract：Objective To observe the influence of Preemptive analgesia with epidural tramadol on the epidural anesthesia.Metheds Foruty gynecologic surgery patients under epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups,In group Ⅰ(preemptive analgesia group,n=20)5ml local anesthetics added with tramadol 10mg and droperidol 2mg was injected via epiduralcatheter 15 min before skin incision.In group Ⅱonly local anesthetic was injected as control group.Quality of analgsetic effect and abdominal muscle relaxation were assessed,the advevse effects were observed.Results The analgesia effect in preemptive analgesia gronp was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The abdominal muscle relaxation and the adverse effects were no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Epidural preemptive analgesia with tramadol via epidural in jection can effectively improve the epidural analgesia effect. ......
