[摘要]目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与高血压之间的关系。方法:选择设立高血压组和对照组，并根据性别和年龄分组；使用循环酶法检测血清中Hcy的含量。结果:高血压患者的血清中Hcy(20.45±6.73) μmol/L显著高于对照组Hcy值(18.19±4.7) μmol/L(P<0.05)，且男性的血清Hcy值要显著高于女性(P<0.05)。结论:血清Hcy是发生高血压的一个重要的危险因素。检测血清Hcy水平对高血压的预防、诊疗具有重要的临床意义。[关键词] 同型半胱氨酸;高血压；研究
