旋转复位手法配合牵引与单纯牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的观察

     [摘要] 目的：对比旋转复位手法配合牵引与单纯牵引的疗效。方法：单纯牵引治疗组(21例)使用坐位颌枕套牵引椅行持续牵引；旋转复位手法配合牵引治疗组(21例)针对寰、枢椎偏歪情况施行旋转复位手法后牵引，治疗6周及12周后评定疗效。结果：在6周后单纯牵引组总显效率为28.57%，旋转复位手法配合牵引组总显效率为57.14%，两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论：旋转复位手法配合牵引较单纯牵引疗效佳。

    The Effect of Rotatory Reduction Manipulation Plus Traction and Traction Alone in Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylopathy

    Abstract：Objective To compare the effect of rotatory reduction manipulation plus traction with traction alone in vertebral antery type cervical spondylopathy.Methods The traction group in 21 cases used the jawloccipital belt tractiion chair.The manipulation and traction group,jawlcccipital belt traction chair after rotatory reduction manipulation in 21 cases.Effects after six weeks and twelve weeks.Results 28.57% cases of the traction group showed good result,and 57.14% cases of the rotatory reduction manipulation plus traction group.There was significant difference bertween the two groups(P<0.05).52.38% cases of the traction groups,80.95% cases of the rotatory reduction manipulation plus traction group showed good result at 12th week(P<0.05).Conclusion Rotatory reduction manipulation plus traction are more effective are more efective than traction alone.Key words：Rotatory reduction manipulation;Traction;Vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy ......
