[摘要] 目的：探讨糖尿病患者医院感染状况和危险因素，采取具有针对性预防和控制措施。方法：对糖尿病患者医院感染危险因素采取回顾性调查和分析。结果：糖尿病并发医院感染，占全院医院感染的14.64%，占同期糖尿病患者住院数的32.59%；糖尿病患者的医院感染与年龄、糖尿病病程、血糖控制情况、糖尿病并发症及侵入性操作呈正相关；糖尿病医院感染的感染部位主要为肺部感染、泌尿系统感染、肠道感染及侵入性插管部位感染；主要致病菌为革兰阴性菌和真菌感染。结论：糖尿病患者医院感染率高，应予重视。应积极控制原发病的治疗，加强对呼吸道、泌尿系统、胃肠道的保护，特别具有侵入性插管的护理，是预防糖尿病医院感染的重要措施。[关键词] 糖尿病；医院感染；危险因素；护理
A nalyzing Risk Factors and Treatment of Nosocomial Infection in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

(Zhanjiang Central People's Hospital, Zhanjiang Guangdong 524037,China)Abstract:Objective To explore the state of nosocomial infection and its risk factors in patients with diabetes mellitus,in order to provide scientific basis for its effective prevention and treatment,and to lower its morbidity.Methods To investigate and analyze the sensitive factors of nosocomial infection in patients wity diabetes mellitus retrospectively.Results There were 32.59% of hospitalized patients with diabetes mellitus,14.64% of the total nosocomial infection.The risk factors of nosocomial infection imcluded:age,course of disease,the duration of hospitalization,control level of blood sugar,operation or invasive manipulation,chronic basic diseases,etc.The nosocomical infection sites were in multiple organs,or else,mainly at lungs,urinary tract,intestines,and blood.The chief pathogens were fungi or Gram negative bacteria.Conclusion In patients with diabetes mellitus complicating nosocomical infection the incidence and morality are all in relatively high level.It must be given to pay attention,to treat the original disease actively,to shorten the duration of hospitalization,to pay attention of germfree operations,and to avoid needless and invasive operations.All of these aspects are of key attention for the prevention of nosocomial infection in patients with diabetes mellitus. ......
