     [摘要] 目的：探讨异丙酚在无痛胃镜检查中的临床应用价值。方法：在异丙酚麻醉状态下为80例患者行胃镜检查，观察记录应用异丙酚后神志消失时间，停用异丙酚后意识恢复时间，术中注意观察患者的呼吸、心率、心律、血氧饱和度、心电图和患者的反应。结果：异丙酚静脉推注后3 min内神志消失,停药5 min内大多数苏醒,无严重不良反应发生。结论：异丙酚麻醉下无痛性胃镜检查是安全、易行的。
