宫颈棉拭子标本支原体培养及药敏分析

[摘要] 目的：了解女性宫颈支原体感染及耐药情况。方法：选择初诊为宫颈炎、阴道炎患者867例，取宫颈棉拭子作培养，阳性者作药敏试验。结果：867例棉拭子标本中，检测阳性者503例，阳性率58.02%，其中单独解脲支原体(Uu)阳性率48.44%(420/867)，单独人型支原体(Mh)阳性率2.19%(19/867)，UuMh同时阳性为7.38%(64/867)。503例支原体阳性标本中阳性构成比为： 仅Uu阳性占83.5%(420/503)，UuMh均阳性的为12.7%(64/503)， 仅Mh阳性3.8%(19/503)。对克拉霉素、交沙霉素、美满霉素耐药性较低。结论：女性生殖道支原体感染以Uu为主，远高于Mh。进行支原体培养及耐药试验有助于妇女生殖道支原体感染的治疗。[关键词] 子宫颈；支原体；耐药性

Abstract：Objective To investigate the status of infection and drug resistance of Mycoplasma cervix of women.Methods Special reagent kit was used to detect 867 swab samples from cervicitis and/or vaginitis patients.Results In the 867 samples,the positive rate of mycoplasma is 58.02%(503/867).The rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) positive only,Mh positive only,both Uu and Mh positive were 48.44%(420/867),2.19%(19/867),7.38%(64/867) respectively.In 503 positive samples,the positive constituent ratio were:Uu positive only 83.5%(420/503) ......
