    摘要 目的 研究山西省、市、县三级结核病防治系统的人力资源状况，为进一步改善山西省人力资源配备情况，提高专业人员培训工作的质量和技能掌握水平提供客观依据。方法 于2005年7月15—30日，采用问卷调查法，对所有参与结核病工作的专业人员全部进行调查。用Excel和spss13.0对收集的调查表进行分类统计和相关指标分析。结果 山西省各级结核病防治人员数量、素质不均衡，基层人员的接受培训率低，不同工作岗位技能掌握程度不同。结论 在基层结核病防治机构中，高层次人员尤其匮乏，增加结核病防治人员数量，提高现有专职人员的业务知识和工作能力已迫在眉睫，势在必行。
