支气管动脉灌注治疗中晚期肺癌40例疗效分析

     [摘要] 目的：评价支气管动脉灌注(bronchial arterial infusion,BAI)化疗药物治疗中晚期肺癌的疗效及安全性。方法：对40例中晚期肺癌患者行支气管动脉插管，通过支气管动脉灌注化疗药物。采用顺铂(DDP)50 mg～60 mg或卡铂(CBP)300 mg～500 mg、丝裂霉素(MMC)10 mg和阿霉素(ADM)50 mg三联药物，40例共行88次BAI治疗。结果：40例患者中完全缓解(CR)4例，部分缓解(PR)24例，稳定(SD)9例，进展(PD)3例，有效率(CR+PR)为70.0%，1 a生存率为62.5%。鳞癌和富血供肺癌的BAI疗效分别优于腺癌和乏血供者(P<0.01)。结论：支气管动脉灌注治疗中晚期肺癌安全有效。

    Abstract:Objective clinical chemotherapy effect and safety of bronchial arterial infusion (BAI) in the midadvanced lung cancer.Methods Forty patients of midadvanced lung cancer confirmed by pathologhy received BAI treatment.In the combination of chemotherapy medicine,they were DDP (50 mg～60 mg) or CBP (300 mg～500 mg),MMC (10 mg) and ADM (50 mg).There were total 88 BAI in 40 patients.Results In 40 patients,there were 4 cases of complete response ......
