原发性胆囊癌CT征象的再认识96例分析

     [摘要] 目的：探讨胆囊癌的CT表现并对其CT征象进行分析。方法：对手术及病理证实的96例胆囊癌的CT平扫和增强扫描的影像学资料进行了回顾性分析。结果：平扫胆囊壁不规则增厚及软组织肿块，增强后病灶显著强化。胆囊壁不规则增厚47例，胆囊壁结节26例，胆囊腔内壁软组织肿块23例，伴有胆囊结石63例，16例侵犯肝脏。结论：胆囊癌的CT征象与肿瘤的生长方式，侵犯周围性器官的范围，以及病变的程度有关，增强扫描显著强化是其特征性表现。

    Abstract:Objective To study CT features of the carcinoma of gallbladder.Methods 96 cases gallbladder carcinoma including CT plain and enhancement scan to be proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results CT plain show the gallbladder wall present irregular thickness and soft masses,CT enhancement contrast show the lesions were enhanced markedly.47 cases were found gallbladder wall irregular tnickuess,26 cases were found gallbladder stones,and 13 cases were found the liver around the lesion were invaded.Conclusion CT features of the carcinoma of gallbladder are releted with tumor growingway,the scope and sererity that tumors invade nearly organ.The obvious enhancement effect is the charactistic of gallbladder carcinoma CT imaging. ......
