[摘要] 目的：探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在小儿肺动脉段部位病变的显像研究。方法：对心脏病患儿0岁~7岁组53例和7.1岁~14岁组15例进行肺动脉部位高频彩色多普勒超声显像。结果：小儿正常肺动脉段瓣显像良好,呈线状弱回声,摆动运动,显示满意度0岁~7岁组优于7.1岁~14岁组,可进行彩色多普勒血流显像及频谱分析,对肺动脉及左冠状动脉异常改变可作诊断。结论：高频彩色多普勒超声对诊断小儿肺动脉部位异常病变有较好的临床应用意义。[关键词] 高频超声；小儿；肺动脉部位
The Study of High Frequency Color Doppler Ultrasound in Pulmonary Artery Place Imaging on Children

Abstract：Objective To study high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in pulmonary artery place affection imaging on children.Methods The children of aged 0 to 7 years 53 cases and aged 7.1 to 14 years 15 cases with cardiopathy was image by high frequency color doppler ultrasound in pulmonary artery place.Results The sonograms of normal pulmonary artery valva on children is good,it is lineation and ebb echo and swing sport,vision rate of 0 to 7 years group was excellent to 7.1 to 14 years group,color Doppler flow image and frequency spectrum can analyses.Pulmonary artery and left coronary artery affection was diagnosed.Conclusion The high frequency color Doppler ultrasound has better clinical significances for diagnosing patients on children with pulmonary artery place affection. ......
