旋髂深动脉及腹壁下动脉的超声研究

     [摘要] 目的：明确旋髂深动脉及腹壁下动脉的起源、走向及血管管径和最大血流速度。方法：应用菲利普公司的IU-22及HD-I5000型彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，探头频率5 MHz~12 MHz；选择60例正常人双侧腹股沟区的旋髂深动脉及腹壁下动脉进行扫查并全程记录。结果：旋髂深动脉起源于髂外动脉者占81.66%，起源于股动脉者占18.34%；而腹壁下动脉起源于髂外动脉者占95.00%，起源于股动脉者占5.00%；腹壁下动脉的血管管径及血流速度均高于旋髂深动脉。结论：高频超声是研究腹股沟区动脉血管可靠的影像学方法。

    Abstract:Objective Defining the origin,directions,Vascular diameter,and maximum blood flow velocity of Artery. Epigastrica inferior and artery liaca externa.Methods Recording all the ultrasonic imaging of the inguinal region,examining two sides of the inguinal region of 60 normal cases,as the same time,examing thelocation betweeningninal hernia and the Artery epigastrica inferior.by HDI-5000 and IU-22 color Doppler dignosistic equipment,with detector frequency between 5 MHz～12 MHz madeby PHILIPS company.Results 81.66% of artery liaca externa,is origined from artery liaca externa,18.34% of is origined from Unit artery,95.00% of the Artery epigastrica inferior is origined from artery liaca externa,5.00% of Artery.epigastrica inferior is origined from Unit artery.the demeter and the maximum blood flow velocity of Artery.epigastrica inferior.are higher than,artery liaca externa.Conclusion High frequency ultrasoundis an ideaimaging method in both defining the normalinguinal region imaging structure andIdentifing the disease of inguinal region. ......
