[摘要] 目的：探讨硬脑膜外血肿术后迟发性外伤性脑内血肿,随CT应用后,报告日见增多，值得临床重视。方法：对本组16例硬脑膜外血肿术后出现的迟发性脑内血肿影像学及术中、术后表现进行分析。结果：硬脑膜外血肿术后迟发性脑内血肿经CT扫描16例均得到证实。结论：伤后急性期内,应高度重视硬脑膜外血肿并发迟发性脑内血肿的可能，及早复查CT，以确认迟发性脑内血肿的发生,及时的处理，可明显提高疗效。[关键词] 硬膜外血肿术后；外伤性迟发性脑内血肿；治疗
