[摘要]目的探讨肱骨干粉碎性骨折采用逆行带锁髓内钉治疗的效果。方法回顾性总结17例肱骨干骨折采用逆行带锁髓内钉进行固定，分析其治疗效果及优点。结果17例病人术后随访6～18个月(平均9个月)，所有病例无感染及异物反应发生，术后6个月愈合5例，6～12个月愈合10例，12～18个月愈合2例，无骨折不连病例发生，肩肘功能均恢复正常。结论逆行带锁髓内钉为中心型固定，符合骨的生物力学原理，不但能有效支撑和固定骨折，而且具有发生骨折不连、桡神经损伤机率小的优点。[关键词] 肱骨干骨折；带锁髓内钉；逆行；内固定；手术
Treatment of humeral shaft comminuted fracture with retrograde locking intramedullary nail

Abstract: ObjectiveTo summarize and analyze the clinic effects of the treatment of humeral shaft comminuted fracture with retrograde locking intramedullary nail.MethodsRetrospective and summarize 17 patients of humeral shaft comminuted fracture with treatment by using retrograde locking intramedullary nail. Then analyze the effect and show advantages of this treatment. Results17 cases had been followed up for 6～18 months since surgery (mean was 9 months). No case was infections. And no complication happened. 5 patients healed up during 6 months. 10 patients healed up during 6～12 months. 2 patients healed up during 12～18 months. No case has bone nonunion. The functions of the shoulder joint and the elbow joint recovery satisfactorily. Conclusion Retrograde locking intramedullary nail is used in the center of the bone, which is in line with the biomechanical principle. It is not only offer the bone solid fixation and support it, but also shows the advantage of fewer probability of bone nonunion and radial palsy. ......
