【摘 要】 目的 观察鼻腔内滴入利多卡因对丛集性头痛的治疗效果。 方法 58例丛集性头痛患者随机分为2组:A组(n=29)为治疗组，给予2%利多卡因2ml(40mg)滴入头痛侧鼻腔;B组(n=29)为对照组，给予苯噻啶1mg口服，分别观察用药后15～120min内的止痛效果。 结果 A组总有效率为89.66%;B组总有效率为68.97%，A、B2组之间对比差别有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。 结论 鼻腔内滴入利多卡因对于正在发作的丛集性头痛有良好的治疗效果，既简便又安全。
