     [摘要] 子宫肌瘤是女性生殖器官最常见的良性肿瘤。由于其发病率较高，因而在不同程度上影响着部分女性朋友的正常工作和身心健康生活。由于超声医学的快速发展，特别是实时B型超声操作安全、方便、痛苦小之优点，诊断并不困难。但在一些特殊病例，特别是后倾后屈位子宫者，在发生后壁肌壁间较小肌瘤时，因易发生误诊和漏诊而误导临床医师。因此，能否做出正确诊断就有比较重要的临床意义。
