[摘 要] 目的：探讨Graver's病131碘治疗前后彩超血流动力学及甲状腺激素的变化。方法：对124例Graver's病131碘治疗前后进行二维及彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)及血清甲状腺激素分析，并与25例正常人做对照。结果：正常组甲状腺内血流正常，Graver's病组腺体血流明显增加，Graver's病组治疗前后甲状腺体积、甲状腺上动脉血流速度、血清甲状腺激素水平差异均有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论：对Graver's病的诊断以及131碘治疗效果的评估，除了临床表现、实验室检查外，彩色多普勒超声检查是一种快速、简便的观察手段，有着十分重要的临床应用价值。[关键词] Graver's病；彩色多普勒；甲状腺激素
The Study of Haemodynamics on Color Doppler Ultrasonography and Thyroid Hormones about Graver's Disease Before and After Therapy

Abstract：Objective To investigate changes of haemodynamics on color doppler ultrasonography and thyroid hormones with Graver's disease before and after therapy.Methods Analyse color doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and serum thyroid hormones of 124 cases with Graver's disease before and after 131I therapy.The control group included 25 health adults.Results Compared with normal control group,blood flow rate (BFR) of thyroid were higher in Graver's disease.There were statistically significant in thyroid volume,BFR of arteria thyreoidea superior,serum thyroid hormones (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion CDFI is a significant and rapid method to diagnose Graver's disease and evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of 131I,other than clinical manifestation and laboratory examination.It is very important to clinical application. ......
