肌皮神经及其分支的应用解剖学观测

[摘要]目的探索国人肌皮神经(MSN)及其分支的类型,为临床应用提供参考数据。方法解剖观测32具成人防腐尸体标本(男25具、女7具)的肌皮神经分支类型、起端直径、起点距锁骨下缘中点距离及其长度;肌皮神经各分支的分型、起点直径、入肌长度。结果肌皮神经分支分为4型和一个变异型,以Ⅱ型(3支型)多见,出现率为42.19%。肌皮神经的分支依据其支数及进一步分支的形式分为若干亚型。肌皮神经及其分支的起点直径和长度分别为:肌皮神经(3.16±0.85) mm、(5.64±4.19) cm;喙肱肌支(CN):(1.31±0.46) mm、(2.20±1.28) cm;肱二头肌支(BBN):(1.75±0.56) mm、(9.21±2.48) cm;肱肌支(BN):(1.19±0.45) mm、(1.40±0.32) cm;肱二头肌长头支(LBBN):(1.57±0.59) mm、(11.77±2.36) cm;肱二头肌短头支(SBBN):(1.54±0.49) mm、(9.62±2.27) cm;交通支(CB):(2.14±0.46) mm、(12.86±4.51) cm;前臂外侧皮神经(CALN):(2.16±0.49) mm、(9.87±2.58) cm。结论肌皮神经及其分支的变异较大,临床可以用肌皮神经或其分支作为供体修复臂丛和桡神经或以其他神经修复肌皮神经,但应注意其分支形式及可游离长度,以找到合适的神经以利吻合。[关键词] 解剖学;肌皮神经; 观测
Applied anatomy observation and measurement of musculocutaneous nerve and the branches

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the compatriot’s musculocutaneous nerve (MSN) and the types of the branches, and the quantized data.MethodsThe type of their branches of MSN, and the width of the initiating point were observed and measured, the distance from the initiating point to the middle point of under line of the clavicula and its length, the subtype of every branches of MSN, the width of initiating point, the length from initiating point to their point to the muscle were also measured. ResultsThe branch of MSN was divided into 4 types and one variability. The II type (3 branch type) is common, (ratio 42.19%). The branches of MSN were divided into several subtype according to their number of their branches, and further form branches. Their width and length :( 3.16±0.85) mm and (5.64±4.19) cm musculocutaneous nerve (MSN); (1.31±0.46) mm and (2.20±1.28) cm brichialis never (CN); (1.75±0.56) mm and (9.21±2.48) cm biceps brachii never (BBN); (1.19±0.45) mm and (1.40±0.32) cm brachialis never (BN); (1.57±0.59) mm and (11.77±2.36) cm caput longum of biceps brachii never (LBBN); (1.54±0.49) mm and (9.62±2.27) cm caput breve of biceps brachii never (SBBN); (2.14±0.46) mm and (12.86±4.51) cm communicating branches (CB); (2.16±0.49)cm and (9.87±2.58)cm cutaneus antebranchii lateralis never (CALN), respectively. ConclusionThere is great variation in the MSN and there branches. It is made possible to repair the branchial plexus and radialis nerve with MSN or their branches as the donor, or repair MSN and their branches with other nerves. However, the form of branches, width and free length should be understood clearly in order to find the fitable nerve. ......
