     [摘要] 目的：探讨粪潜血二种检测方法的优劣和应用。方法：用邻联甲苯胺和便隐血胶体金检测试纸分别检测200例粪标本进行对照实验并分析。结果：二者一致性符合率为90%。结论：化学法灵敏度、特异性较胶体金法低，受饮食影响因素大，胶体金法有假阴性，故建议二者结合判断。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the comparability between the chemical method and immunogold method in detecting sed occult blood.Methods To detect the sed occult blood of 200 specimens with both orthotolidine method and immunogold method.then analyse the results.Results The coincidence of the detecting results between the two methods is 90%.Conclusion Food and drink impact the results of chemical method very much.so chemical method is lesssensitive and specific than immunogold method.But immunogold method also has false positivereaction ......
