     [摘要] 目的：探讨小儿过敏性紫癜临床特征及其胃镜特点。方法：46例过敏性紫癜患儿均行胃镜检查，分析胃肠表现及胃镜资料。结果：胃肠道症状主要表现为腹痛46例，消化道出血14例，呕吐14例，腹泻5例。患儿胃镜下黏膜病变表现为充血、水肿、糜烂、出血、溃疡，特异性改变为散在的斑片状略高出黏膜表面的大小不一出血斑点，部分融合成片，多呈圆形，以胃窦部、十二指肠球部和降部改变为著。食管黏膜均无异常发现。结论：小儿过敏性紫癜临床症状程度与胃肠黏膜病变的程度密切相关。胃镜检查在小儿过敏性紫癜诊断中具有重要意义。

    Clinical Significance and Gastroscopic Features of HenochSchonlein Purpura in Children

    Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical significance and gastroscopic features of HenochSchonlein purpura in children.Methods Fortysix cases with HenochSchonlein purpura in children were enrolled in the study sequence.All cases were carried on the gastroscope check.Clinical data and gastroscopic data were analyzed.Results Main symptoms of gastrointestinal were abdominal pain (46 cases),digestive tract bleeding (14 cases),vomit (14 cases) and diarrhea(5 cases).Endoscopic features included diffused congestive edema of gastrointestinal mucosa,widespread hemorrhagic spots,erythema,erosion and ulceration.Special changes were wide spread small or large hemorrhagic spots and part of the lesions were involved as bulb.Lesions were relatively severer in gastric antrum,bulbar duodenal and descending part duodenal.No evident abnormal showed in the esophageal mucosa.Conclusion There was strong relationship between the lesions and clinical manifestation of HenochSchonlein purpura in children.Gastroscope check plays an important role in the diagnosis of HenochSchonlein purpura in children. ......
