[摘要] 目的：对头孢曲松钠与头孢呋辛钠治疗儿童下呼吸道感染进行药物经济学分析，为临床提供用药参考方案。方法：采用回顾性研究，运用药物经济学的成本效果分析方法对头孢曲松钠与头孢呋辛钠治疗儿童下呼吸道感染进行评价。结果：头孢曲松钠与头孢呋辛钠治疗儿童下呼吸道感染的总有效率分别为95%和97%，二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗成本分别为1 336.40元和1 880.30元，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：头孢曲松钠比头孢呋辛钠经济，符合药物经济学原则。[关键词] 头孢曲松钠；头孢呋辛钠；药物经济学；下呼吸道感染；儿童
Study on Pharmacoeconomics Analysis of Ceftriaxone Sedium and Cefuroxime Sodium for Curing Suber Rehpirapory Infection in Children

Abstract：Objective Pharmacoeconomics analysis was used to help clinic drug administration in treating children's suber rehpirapory infection.Methods Retrospective study was used to analyze the cost and effectiveness.Results These two drugs were both efficient (effective rate is 95% and 97%) and there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).The total cost of two drugs were 1 336.40 yuan and 1 880.30 yuan respectively；and there was significantly different (P<0.05).Coclusion It was economical to take ceftriaxone sodium rather than cefuroxime sodium. ......
