     [摘要] 目的：总结和探讨剖宫产术后感染的发生、临床特点和处理方法，研究有效预防和正确处理剖宫产术后感染。方法：对6例剖宫产术后感染的资料进行回顾性分析。结果：术前和术后正确应用抗生素是预防剖宫产术后感染的重要方法。结论：许多高危因素特别是胎膜早破和多次阴道检查是剖宫产术后感染的重要因素。

    Abstract：Objective To summarize and explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of the infection after the curettage，and study the advisable treatment method.Methods 6 cases of the infection after the curettage were analyzed retrospectively and the literature was reviewed.Results To use antibiotic correctly before and after the operation is an important method for preventing the infection after the curettage.Conclusion Many factors,aheadrupture of membranes and a number of vagina examinations in particular,are the key factors to cause infection after the curettage. ......
