长脉冲1064nm激光联合铒激光磨削治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕临床观察 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 研究用长脉冲1064nm激光联合铒激光磨削治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕。 方法 自2005年10月～2006年8月用该方法治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕62例。 结果 痊愈7例，占11.3%；显效38例，占61.3%；有效17例，占27.4%。 结论 长脉冲1064nm激光联合铒激光磨削治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕是一种值得推广的治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the combination of long pulsed 1064nm laser and Er-laser dermabrasion on treatment of atrophic acne scars. Methods From Oct 2005 to Aug 2006,a total of 62 cases with atrophic acne scars on face were treated by this method. Results 7 cases were cured completely,accounting for 11.3%;38 cases were improved obviously,accounting for 61.3%;17 cases were effective,accounting for 27.4%. Conclusion The combination of long pulsed 1064nm laser and Er-laser dermabrasion on treatment of atrophic acne scars is worth to be recommended.
