【摘要】 目的 了解妊娠期腕管综合征的临床特点，提高对本病的认识，减少误诊。 方法 本文总结了15例(21腕)妊娠期腕管综合征病例进行回顾分析。 结果 本组15例病例首诊确诊8例，3例误诊为其他疾病，4例漏诊。全部病例均采用保守治疗治愈。 结论 本病多发生在妊娠期晚期。有典型的手部症状，正中神经分布区拇指及中指麻木，刺痛夜间加剧，以保守治疗为主。

    Clinical analysis of pregnancy complicated with carpal tunnel syndrome

    【Abstract】 Objective To learn the clinical characteristics and improve the recognition of this disease so that to decrease the misdiagnosis. Methods 15 cases of pregnancy complicated with carpal tunnel syndrome were analyzed retrospectively. Results 8 cases were obtained correct diagnosis and 3 cases were made misdiagnosis.
