重组人生长激素在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床应用* (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 探讨重组人生长激素(r-hGH)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)临床应用价值。 方法 45例COPD患者随机分成治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=15)，两组均给予抗感染、祛痰药、支气管抗张剂、氧疗及营养支持治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗方案基础上加用r-hGH 4.5IU/d皮下注射，连续21天，对照组用口服能全素100～150g/d，连续21天，投药前后各检测蛋白质、血糖、免疫球蛋白、肝功能、尿素、肌酐、血红蛋白、红细胞计数共16项指标1次，比较两组各指标变化。结果 治疗组总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、前白蛋白、血糖比对照组高；尿素比对照组明显减低；免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)比对照组明显升高；总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、肌酐、血红蛋白、红细胞计数等项，两组无明显改变。 结论 r-hGH能有效地改善COPD患者营养状况，提高免疫力，对配合病因治疗有积极意义。

    The clinical application of recombinant human growth hormone in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of recombinant human growth hormone (r-hGH) in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods 45 patients with COPD are randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=15), two groups are given antibiotics, expectorants, bronchodilators, oxygen therapy and nutritional support. In addition to the basic treatment, the treatment group are treated with r-hGH (4.5g iu/d) subcutaneous injection orally for 21 days; The control group are given nutrison (100g/d～150g/d) orally for 21 days. A total of 16 indicators such as protein、glucose、immunoglobulin、liver function、hemoglobin、the red blood cell count are detected before and after doing, and the indexes are compared between the two groups.Results According to the treatment group, The total protein、albumin、globulin、the former albumin、serum glucose are higher than that of the control group; the Immunoglobulin (IgG、IgA、 IgM) are significantly higher than that of the control group, and the urea is significantly lower than that of the control group. Other indicators: total bilirubin、glutamic pyruvic transaminase(AST,SGOT)、glutamic oxalacetic transaminase、alkaline phosphatase、creatinine、hemoglobin and the red blood cell count have no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Overrall, r-hGH can effectively improve the nutritional status and immunity of patients with COPD. Otherwise, it has a positive significance in the etiology of treatment. ......
