[摘要] 目的 探讨肾移植术后严重肺部感染的治疗方法。方法 回顾21例肾移植术后严重肺部感染的治疗方法，比较治疗效果。结果 联合抗感染治疗后，16例痊愈，其中1例切除移植肾，4例死亡，1例放弃。治愈率76%，死亡率19%。结论 早期联合抗菌、抗病毒、抗真菌治疗，及时调整免疫抑制剂用量，不必过分依赖于检验结果，对治疗肾移植术后严重肺部感染有着积极的意义。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the treatment of severe pulmonary infection.Methods Review the treatments of 21 patients with severe pulmonary infection after kidney transplantation.Results Given wide-spectrum antibiotics,16 were cured,one of them remove the transplanted kidney;4 were died;and 1 gave up.Conclusion Early wide-spectum antibiotrum use,do not too depend on the results of checkouts,will do good to treat severe pulmonry infection.
