    【摘 要】 从小儿推拿历史入手，探讨小儿推拿发展的趋向，指出小儿推拿要适应时代的发展需求，使传统医学与现代医学相结合，加强小儿推拿临床和基础的研究，并不断总结经验、取长补短，以完善和提高小儿推拿的医学水平。
