【摘 要】 目的 观察自制痤疮方系列配合中药面膜治疗面部寻常痤疮的临床疗效。 方法 280例寻常痤疮患者随机分为2组，治疗组238例，根据中医辨证分型分别服用痤疮方系列胶囊，并结合外用相应的中药面膜治疗，每周2次。对照组42例，给予口服美满霉素，外用舒肤特。2组均2周为1个疗程，4个疗程后观察疗效。 结果 治疗组总有效率94.5%，对照组总有效率76.2%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 采用中医辨证施治，服用痤疮方系列胶囊并配合外治法治疗面部寻常痤疮疗效显著，临床症状改善快。
